Elite Cycling is owned and
operated by Brett Spencer. Brett
also personally develops and
manages all Elite Cycling training
plans and consultation. In regards
to riding and racing, Brett is first
with 16 years of racing experience
on the road, trail, and Elite Cycling
is owned and cyclo-cross course.
He has raced cyclo-cross course.
He has raced two seasons two
seasons in Europe (MTB),
competed in two US Military US
Military Mountain Bike
Championships Championships
and raced in numerous states
numerous states across the US
including Arkansas, including
Arkansas, California, California,
Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana,
Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas,
and Wyoming.
Over the years, Brett has been a USA Cycling Expert Level Licensed
Coach as well as an American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) Certified
Personal Trainer. In addition to his studies through USA Cycling
Coaching Education and A.C.E Programs, Brett holds a bachelors of
science degree in Kinesiology with specialization in Health Promotion
and Fitness from the University of Texas at Austin, and a customized
minor is in Sport Psychology.
Brett’s education plus his years of racing, coaching, and training
experience give him the perfect combination of knowledge, skills, and
experience to understand the equipment, principles and training
techniques that maximize cycling performance.
